POLICY, STRATEGY AND LEADERSHIP COURSE (PSLC 58)
On Friday 17th July 2026, the Team Lead, Strategy Solutions, was invited to contribute to the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) Policy, Strategy and Leadership Course (PSLC 58) as a Resource Person on the Strategy Module. The engagement focused on Strategy Implementation and Strategy Management: Monitoring and Evaluation for senior and intermediate executives drawn from the public and private sectors, including members of Nigeria’s military and paramilitary institutions.
Through this engagement, Strategy Solutions contributed practical insights on translating strategy into measurable outcomes, leadership excellence, and effective implementation frameworks for national and organizational impact.
